Morphett Air Named Finalist in Three National Business Awards for 2025!

We’re incredibly proud to share that Samantha, Manager of Morphett Air, has been recognised as one of Australia’s Top 20 Women in HVACR for 2025.
Sam’s story is one built on passion, hard work, and family legacy. Having joined Morphett Air straight out of school, she’s dedicated over three decades to the HVACR industry — continuing the tradition of excellence her family began when the business was first established in 1971.
Now celebrating her 50th birthday, Sam continues to lead from the front in sales, pairing her deep product knowledge with genuine care for customers. She’s known for offering tailored air-conditioning solutions that fit each client’s needs, all while managing the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the business running smoothly.
For Sam, Morphett Air is more than just a workplace — it’s a family passion and a point of pride. Every installation, every service call, every customer interaction reflects the business’s reputation, and as Sam says, “Our name is on the line with every job — that accountability drives quality.”
Like many in the trade industry, Sam recognises the challenges that come with the ongoing skills shortage. Balancing a motivated, fairly-compensated team with a sustainable business model isn’t easy — but it’s something she takes seriously.
“It’s a fine line,” Sam explains. “Keeping the team motivated and well-compensated while still running a cost-effective business. Our industry is demanding and seasonal, but I believe success comes when staff can deliver great results without sacrificing their personal lives.”
That belief in smarter scheduling, fair workloads, and genuine appreciation has shaped Morphett Air’s culture — a workplace where people feel valued, both on and off the tools.
